I had a great experience working with Amanda. She was professional, patient, and genuinely respectful throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk me through all of the features of my vehicle and made sure I understood everything without ever making me feel rushed. I especially appreciated that she explained things clearly and respectfully, without ever talking down to me. It made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable.
