I'm Amy Lancaster, a new and used sales consultant who joined the auto world in 1996 and became a part of the Serra Buick GMC Cadillac team in July 2023. I enjoy what I do, which is getting to know my customers and providing the best customer experience. Guests appreciate my commitment to listening to their automotive needs and doing all I can to get them into the vehicle of their preferences and within their budget!
