I'm a Service Advisor at Serra Buick GMC Cadillac, and though I've only been here for a couple of months, I'm already enjoying the great interactions with both customers and colleagues. With a decade of experience in the field, I'm proud to bring a dedication to providing the best service possible. I'm a certified GM Advisor, and I've been recognized as Employee of the Month multiple times. My background includes education from East Detroit High School, Macomb Community College, and Superior Medical Education. I'm a genuine, happy, and positive person. I love being able to make someone laugh and take pride in helping people, which allows me to provide for my wife and our three kids. Outside of work, I'm a Superman fan, enjoy traveling (Israel, Cozumel, Jamaica, Haiti, Dominican Republic (Punta Cana), and several states), and enjoy discussing family, hunting, and camping – anything that sparks a good conversation. I also played soccer and wrestled in middle school and high school. The most rewarding part of my job is ensuring customers leave with a smile and trust in my service, something I strive for every day.

From start to finish the process was understood , smooth , and executed as promised . There were no feelings of uncertainty , and Andrew was available via phone call or text at all times . We walked through my priorities now , potential services needed now , and what to expect within the next xx months . He even got allocated me a rental car for the time being during service .
