I have to say that my overall experience with Bill was excellent. He took time with me because I’m a 84 year-old senior and he was just absolutely so patient with me. I could not ask for a better experience, because I used to buy my cars from another dealership. I bought a Buick Enclave last year from Bill and I went back because he’s an excellent sales representative for Serra Buick. after the sale, he took the time to go completely through setting up the car on the big screen of the dashboard.
