Welcome to Serra Buick GMC Cadillac! I joined the team in August 2017 and started working in the auto industry on September 11, 2001. People know me as caring, honest, and someone who values accountability. I bring a fun and out-going approach to the customer experience and try to earn every guest's trust and business. Customers can rely on me for quality service before, during, and after the sale. I am a genuine person who does everything possible to achieve customer satisfaction. My hobbies include golf, soccer, snowmobiling, fishing, and working on household projects. Spending time with my wife and children is always top priority. I am also a big fan of Richmond High School sports, GO BLUE DEVILS!

Hello, This was the 2nd vehicle we purchased from Brad in the last year and a half. The first was a used 2020 Kia Soul S for my daughter and the second was a new 2026 Seltos EX for my wife and I. It was Brad's dedication to providing excellent customer service to my daughter on the 1st vehicle that brought us back for more! Buying a used car can be a challenge but Brad went out of his way to ensure my daughter was taken care of.
