Our goal is customer satisfaction. I have established a reputation for getting things done and motivating others to achieve their career goals. Although I joined the Serra team in July 2020, my automotive career began in 1985. Being a real people person is one of my special skills; I listen to customers' needs and work in their best interests. One of my certifications includes earning a degree from Life Bible Institute. Being an amazing husband and father are the best accomplishments in my life; I love my family more than anything and work extremely hard for them. When time permits, I enjoy bicycling and traveling.
