Hi, I'm a Service Advisor at Serra Buick GMC Cadillac. I am originally from Port Huron but lived most of my life in South Carolina and Florida. I bleed maize and blue – Go Blue! My free time is spent golfing, fishing, and hunting. I value honesty and being relatable, and I really enjoy connecting with people. I love the chance to help customers with their vehicles and appreciate genuine interactions. I'm happy to chat about family and life experiences when the opportunity arises.

Jacob greeted me immediately upon my arrival and was very welcoming. This being my first visit with this family of dealerships, he made me feel comfortable, was very transparent with services, fees and my and my vehicles needs for this visit.
