Hi, I'm a Service Advisor at Serra Buick GMC Cadillac. I am originally from Port Huron but lived most of my life in South Carolina and Florida. I bleed maize and blue – Go Blue! My free time is spent golfing, fishing, and hunting. I value honesty and being relatable, and I really enjoy connecting with people. I love the chance to help customers with their vehicles and appreciate genuine interactions. I'm happy to chat about family and life experiences when the opportunity arises.

I can in as a walk-in on Sat. Jacob was very helpful, concerned, friendly, and good. Did an inspection and found a second issue that neeed attention. It was costly for a newish X5. But it was repaired.
