Hi! My name is Joe. I’m a proud service advisor at Serra Buick GMC Cadillac. I’m from Troy, Michigan and attended Oakland Community College! Some of my passions include rock and roll music and sports. When I’m not busy helping my customers with their vehicle, I can be found cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles or planning my next adventure! My colleagues know me for my attention to detail and work ethic. I’ve been in the auto industry for twenty years. I love helping our guests leave the dealership knowing that they are safe and secure in a vehicle that feels like new!

Excellent. My brakes were squealing so I made an appointment for brakes, an oil change and tire rotation. They scheduled me for a loaner car. When I arrived Joe showed me the video they took of my last service appointment and showed me that my brakes do not need replacing and explained the intermittent squealing. I am always shocked and appreciative of a service agency that isn't just there taking my money. I always go to Joe but everyone there is always nice and professional.
