Hi! My name is Joe. I’m a proud service advisor at Serra Buick GMC Cadillac. I’m from Troy, Michigan and attended Oakland Community College! Some of my passions include rock and roll music and sports. When I’m not busy helping my customers with their vehicle, I can be found cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles or planning my next adventure! My colleagues know me for my attention to detail and work ethic. I’ve been in the auto industry for twenty years. I love helping our guests leave the dealership knowing that they are safe and secure in a vehicle that feels like new!

Excellent. I left my vehicle at the Dealership the night before. Joe made sure it was started early and 4 items it was in for were done the same day. Joe is top rated by me.

Poor experience all the way around! Confusing jargon that doesn’t make any sense, I believe this is because Joe did not know what he was talking about and tried to make it sound like he did. Although I have an extended warranty, they billed me almost $600. This is because of the difference of what they charge per hour and the warranty company pays per hour. A $70 difference! Come to find out, other dealerships accept the warranty company’s rate. They were unwilling to work with me on the price. I brought my car here because they could get me in sooner than my usual dealership, now I know exactly why! It’s guaranteed that I will never return to this dealership, I would steer very clear of this dealership-they’re number one goal is profit!
