As a sales team member here at Serra Buick GMC Cadillac, I thrive on excellent customer service. My top priority is solving the problems of my guests and helping them find the perfect vehicle. It feels great to watch customers drive off in the dream car. My automotive career began over 34 years ago, and I am known as the helpful guy. Outside of work, my interests include working out and all sports. I have three kids who continue to amaze me each day. I love to spend as much time with my family as possible, especially my beautiful girlfriend, who is the best mother and grandmother in the world! Between my girlfriend and I, we have five beautiful granddaughters and our first boy on the way! We love our family and try to take fun-filled adventures as often as possible.

Considering the distance all went very well! The extended warranty gets a bit more focus than the merit of the vehicle but that product is reasonable to consider so no issues there. Joe was very attentive and expeditious and we did not have a ton of time so that was appreciated. Very personable and felt he genuinely wanted our experience to be a good one.
