It was a great experience. Joey took great care of us and made it a smooth process. He spent time doing a video walkthrough of the car before we drove over since we live 3 hours away. He answered all our questions and explained everything we needed to do (cashiers check, insurance, etc).

Joey is an excellent sales person. I am deaf and use lipreading and a voice to text app to read what is said to me. It is time consuming for a hearing person. Joey was extremely patient, kind, and attentive to my ability to follow what he was explaining. He faced me so I could easily lipread and repeated when the app miscued. He treated me with respect (not as a disabled person)and I was able to follow his conversation. He explained and taught me how to deal with insurance, payments, and different functions in my new car. I am a new loyal Kia customer now because of Joey. Joey is awesome!
