Joey was great to work with from beginning to end. We live in Tennessee and bought our 2023 GMC Yukon Denali from the dealership in Michigan, so buying a vehicle out of state and completely sight unseen was definitely a new experience for me. I had a lot of questions throughout the process, and Joey was always responsive and took the time to answer everything. There was a piece on the steering wheel that I wanted replaced, and he made sure it got done. I also found an open recall on the Carfax, and he made sure that was taken care of before we bought the vehicle. I’ll be honest, I was a little nervous about buying a vehicle I had never seen in person from a dealership several states away, but Joey made the whole process pretty seamless. He was easy to work with, kept me informed, and did what he said he was going to do. That went a long way with me and made the whole experience a lot easier.
