One of my greatest achievements when I was growing up was when I earned my Eagle Scout Rank in Boy Scouts. Within an hour, I went from “just looking” to “this is the one, I’m buying it.”

Jeff was easy to talk to right away. No pushy sales stuff, no fast talk, just straight answers and a normal conversation. At this point in my life, I really appreciate that. I’ve bought enough cars to know when someone is trying too hard. Jeff wasn’t like that at all. He just listened and helped.

They were actually about to close when I made my decision, and he was totally willing to stay late to finish everything. That meant a lot.

The next day, I sent my husband in to handle the negotiating because he loves that part and will literally go back and forth all day if you let him. Jeff was patient, fair, and worked with us the whole time. No games. We got a fair trade for my vehicle and a deal we felt really good about.

I wasn’t even set on buying a KIA when I walked in, but the experience and how Jeff treated us made the decision easy.

We had taken our car that morning to the Honda dealership that maintained our car for a trade in appraisal. Nick’s trade in offer was considerably higher than the one we received that morning. He allowed us to take the Sportage on an extended test drive to our home to see if it fit our garage.
