About Matt
Hi! I'm Matt Kaake, a service advisor who is ready to provide you with quality service. My goal is to exceed your expectations and earn a customer for life. I am known amongst my colleagues and friends as someone who will do everything possible to help in any situation. My auto career began in 2002, and I have established and maintained solid working relationships throughout the years. Many of my customers tell me that talking to me can calm them down and make their days a little better. Every guest can rely on me for honesty, trustworthiness, and information. Helping customers through a seemingly difficult situation, and easing their vehicle experience, is the best aspect of my job. Some of my skills include being an avid outdoorsman and sportsman. I love to spend time with my wonderful wife, Lyndsey, and my five children, Jenipher, Maci, Kayleigh, Brayden, and Isaiah. All of my children are athletes, so I enjoy watching them play and traveling with their travel sports teams.

One of the best car maintenance appointments I have ever had. We always look farward to seeing and talking with Matt, who is always friendly and professional. The porters at the dealreship are top-notch. Car looked like new when I drove it out. Oil change and tire rotation were done and I was on my way before I knew it. Thanks to Matt and the Team.
