I'm a New and Used Sales Consultant at Serra Buick GMC Cadillac, and I've been here just over a year. I'm originally from Memphis, Michigan, and graduated from Richmond High School. Growing up in a family-run business taught me the importance of making everyone feel welcome, whether they're a customer or a colleague. I genuinely enjoy helping people navigate the exciting process of buying a vehicle, ensuring they find one that perfectly fits their needs and desires. I'm outgoing, understanding, and I work hard to make sure everyone feels comfortable. It’s important to me that they love their new car. When I’m not at work, I love to golf and explore the world. I try to make it down to Tennessee every March and October. I also love to spend time at my cabin in Houghton Lake, hitting the trails with my boyfriend in our SXS and going to truck shows. I'm GM and KIA trained. Reading, going to the beach, and being out in nature are also some of my favorite things to do. I’m a happy person who enjoys connecting with others, whether it's through a shared interest or just offering a helping hand. Even if you're not my customer, I’m always happy to help.

Morgan took that extra step right from the beginning and gave me a competitive offer on my Infiniti QX 60, which was very attractive. She showed me what Serra Dealership had to offer we negotiated a fair offer on my trade-in and purchase a lease for three years on a Kia Sportage. I enjoy driving my new Kia. The driver front lumbar seat is very comfortable. Morgan was very knowledgeable how the vehicle operates.. with gas prices going up. This just makes sense to transition with the Kia Sportage.
