About Nancy
Thank you for stopping by Serra of Washington Twp. Michigan. I am Nancy Kruse, specializing in New Auto Purchases and Leasing along with Used Car sales. I am relatively new to car sales; however, I have a degree in Business Management and come to Serra with over 25 years in sales, management, and leadership skills. My first priority is my guest and finding exactly what they are looking for through honesty and integrity, along with developing a strong professional relationship to ensure their return business. Some of my hobbies are softball, singing, and visiting my home on Drummond Island with my family. I also enjoy Motown and the history that accompanies it. My favorite past time is spending time with my son Blake who knows everything there is about WWII and the ships that accompanied the war. I'm very fortunate to have traveled all over the Caribbean, all the islands of Hawaii, and even Paris, France. I have been awarded several certifications in my sales career and numerous top sales awards. I am a graduate of Dale Carnage and completed a 6-month training course with Tony Robbins.

She was very helpful throughout the entire car purchase. After the purchase, she went through all the many display controls that are part of every vehicle. this took close to 30 minutes, but as we drove out of the dealership, we felt like we had learned a lot about where to access certain actions while operating the vehicle.
