Nick did a great job in finalizing our sale and especially in the walk thru and demonstration of the vehicle's features. He was much more detailed than normal in explaining everything and in getting assistance when we had questions he was not sure of. I would recommend Nick for your buying experience. He made the closing experience a breeze.

Nick was a delight to work with. We were surprised that we both had a connection to Alaska. He was eager to make sure we were fitted with the best car for us.. he presented both a Buick(not a hybrid)and a Kia Sportage Hybrid. We were not familiar with any hybrid vehicles. Nick gave us quite a tutorial on the benefits of a Kia Sportage Hybrid… with tons of awesome options. We made him aware of our preferred color choice (blue) and he provided a beautiful Heritage Blue (new 2026 color) to check out. He introduced us to many of the features and we took it for a short drive around the parking lot while he had our car analyzed for a trade in. We had taken our car that morning to the Honda dealership that maintained our car for a trade in appraisal. Nick’s trade in offer was considerably higher than the one we received that morning. So we were thrilled with it. He allowed us to take the Sportage on an extended test drive to our home to see if it fit our garage. We fell in love with it as we got to drive it on an expressway..to enjoy the quiet ride and pick up and go features of the car. It was a done deal!! We would definitely recommend Nick to anyone looking to purchase the “perfect” car for their needs.
