I joined the auto industry in 2004 and became a Serra Buick GMC Cadillac team member in September 2017. Providing customers with an honest and knowledgeable experience is my top priority. I know how things work in this industry, and I share that expertise with colleagues and customers. My background is knowing my way around cars and how different parts will affect repairs that go unfixed. I tell you what you need to know, which may not always be what you want to hear. Protecting your investment is what I focus on when going over the best options. When time permits, I enjoy playing hockey, volleyball, baseball, and trail riding. My Suzuki 400ltz has been through all times of weather! I love spending time with my family and friends, especially my fiance and my son; they are my world. My son is a baseball player, and I am his biggest fan!

Greeted me. Wrote up my vehicle and had it getting serviced right away with appointment time. Explained everything so I knew. Went to waiting room came snd told me vehicle was done. Ask her to explain a message I had about a video inspection. That was interesting to see they did that she explained it to me. Every thing looked good. Went out to her desk and she checked me out. I'd just like to say that Sara really knows her job and her Customers/Clients.
