Stephannie was very professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle and its problem. I had to return immediately after picking up my vehicle and she fixed a minor problem immediately. I highly recommend her and the Serra service team.

More specific information with regards to what's wrong with my vehicle would be great. Stephannie was great at communicating where my vehicle was in the repair process, arranging a great loaner vehicle. I was particularly impressed when the initial loaner was a truck and she remembered my spouse has back issues and she arranged for a different loaner that was more accessible for my wife, thank you Stephanie. When I called with a question, her response time was very prompt.
