Seems to have been a lack of communication and assumptions on my order: - Ordered trailer hitch online for the 2024 Encore GX. Saw the option for wiring, but did not wish to spend the $195.00 as it was not necessary for the use planned. - While at Serra for installation, I was told the wiring option is required as it included a trim panel for the trailer hitch. When placing the order on the website there was no indication that this “option” was required. - I okay’d the order [cost: $237.50] to complete the installation and felt now that I am ordering the wiring, it may be helpful in the resale of the vehicle later. - When setting up the appointment to return to Serra, Steve mentioned the wiring simply needs to plug in [no mention that I was not to receive the wiring]. - While at Serra on Monday, April 27th, I was told that for the cost of $237.50 I am only receiving the trim panel! [Sara was filling in while Steve was on vacation and unaware of what had previously transpired] - I was fully expecting to get everything I paid for. What happened to the paid-for wiring? - My husband and I have purchased four vehicles from Serra since 2018 & I did not expect to be shorted this way.

Stephen is very professional and kind. He gives attention to details and follows up with timely updates on the status of my vehicle.
