Hi, I'm Teresa Raychok, a service advisor you can count on for quality service. My auto career began 31 years ago, and I have established a reputation for providing excellent service to my guests. I am honest and genuinely interested in their well-being. My passion for the KIA brand shows; I am always ready to help my customers learn about KIA and everything they can do to protect their investment. My interests outside of the dealership are horseback riding, boating, bike riding, and anything related to vintage cars. Some of my special skills include being a certified parts manager and service advisor. She was super!!! I was stressed and concerned about my vehicle's issue and she within hours, got me an appointment, set proper expectations on timing, coordinated a loaner car and set me at ease.
